In-stock orders ship within 3-7 business days, Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday typically ship out on Monday. Orders placed on holidays will begin processing the next business day. All stock orders ship from our warehouse in the United States. Orders placed after 12:00pm are typically processed the following business day. You may also choose to upgrade to expedited delivery for an additional charge in the US. All orders will be shipped via USPS or FedEx.
If you place multiple orders within 1-2 business days and they are going to the same address, we may combine the orders and ship them together. You will be refunded for your extra shipping cost and be notified as soon as possible.
If you have backordered items in your cart at checkout, those items will not be shipped to you until the item(s) are in stock and available to ship. You will be able to see expected ship dates for backordered items, but these dates are subject to change. You will not be charged additional freight for backordered items that do not ship with your original order.
Orders that have products with different shipping dates will be shipped separately. Note that your order sheet may include all products ordered even if the package only includes the item of first delivery.
Domestic and International Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and distance being shipped. All domestic shipping methods include tracking information and insurance. International First Class mail includes insurance and tracking information while the package is still in the US.
PLEASE NOTE: The shipping price will automatically adjust to your location, meaning pricing will vary. You may pay for 2 day shipping in the US only. We do not do expedited international shipping. Please note that 2 day shipping applies when the product leaves our warehouse. Check each individual product description to note when your product will ship. Some products are on backorder or only available for pre-order.
CONFIRMATION ON SHIPPING
When your item has been shipped, an automated email will be sent to the email address used when ordering with tracking information to follow your order.
Elevate by Will Claye offers international shipping to ALL countries. International shipping rates may vary depending on the country that we are shipping to.
Typical transit time is between 7-21 business days, but occasionally items can experience customs delay of several weeks. Countries that typically experience quicker shipping times include Canada, Australia, Germany, and Great Britain. When a package is in transit, tracking is only provided until it leaves the US. After departure, we can only confirm delivery.
CUSTOMS FEES & VAT TAXES
All international orders are subject to be charged an additional VAT or Customs Tax, these fees and taxes vary by country. Elevate by Will Claye has no way of knowing what these charges will be as they vary by country and are based off the price you paid when purchasing on the Elevate by Will Claye website. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Elevate by Will Claye is not responsible for any additional charges when they occur, and by law we cannot declare prices lower than their actual value. If you used a discount code, we do honor that pricing on all international forms, but legally we cannot adjust anything lower than what you paid. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.
Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Additionally, when ordering from the Elevate by Will Claye website you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked “Gift,” but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
Refused Shipments – If you decide to refuse any shipments from the Elevate by Will Claye website, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to the Elevate by Will Claye website. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.
SHIPPING ADDRESS OPTIONS
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address for domestic orders. Either option may be selected during the checkout process. Please make sure that the correct address corresponds to the designated billing and shipping areas on the form. Additional shipping fees will be paid by customer if item is returned due to incorrect shipping addresses when ordered. See notes below for lost/missing packages.
Elevate by Will Claye is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
